Pink tutus, champagne, confetti, balloons, a pink cake, macaroons and so much more… It’s every girl’s dream as they imagine what their 21st birthday will be like… Kelly Ann has been one of my best friends for years! So when I received a text from her mom about surprising Kell with a fun 21st birthday shoot I was all in! A few Pinterest idea screen shots later, we made her dream become a reality! Not many people love being in front of the camera, for most it takes a few minutes to warm up. But can you imagine being in a pink tutu, and heels, in the middle of a park, creating a sort of pop up mini party for yourself (at least that’s what everyone around us was probably thinking hahah). Kelly did an amazing job warming up to the idea, letting me pose her in crazy ways (“it feels weird but it looks great”- my favorite saying of all time), to get these amazing shots! This 21st shoot was an absolute blast and I would’ve never been able to create these photos alone! So thank you to Jean (Kelly’s sweet precious mom) for putting it all together and bringing all of the decorations, cake, and spending hours to make sure it came together just had we all imagined. And a huge thank you to Kelly Ann for allowing me to freeze time with photos I hope you’ll cherish forever (but an even bigger thanks for being fun and going with the flow of the session). I love you both so much, and I’m so blessed to have y’all not only as amazing friends but family too! I hope your 21st is everything you’ve dreamed of and you enjoy your pictures for years to come!
